Equally Interspaced Around The Band Are Reccesed Square Crosses Filled with Hard Fired Enamel Applied With The Old World Process and Technique. 

This is not PAINT. it is a hard fired enamel also known as vitreous enamel, where powdered glass is fused to a metal surface through high-temperature firing. It Is a technique used in jewelry making as early as 1300 BC and requires an artistic eye, Meticulous Technique, Skill, Time and Patiences
